Like all other foods these are going to be foods that have a different effect on your digestion than they do on someone else’s. It could take you a while to find your perfect diet, but the benefits to your health make it worth it.
One rule will probably be if it’s an unhealthy food then you should avoid it. Your body will repay you by functioning better if you eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Your body will start being filled with nutrients that are essential for the optimum performance of your body, and that includes your digestion.
You need to avoid processed foods. There are no benefits what so ever of eating foods that are not natural especially when you are trying to reverse damage to your internal health. Processed meats will kill friendly bacteria and they are essential for your digestion and your good health. They are harmful to your intestinal flora as they carry traces of antibiotics and steroids due to growing up on a modern day farm.

Your digestion will improve if you start adding some live yogurt to your diet. The friendly bacteria in these yogurts are required by your body to help it to function properly, and they are needed more than you realize. The friendly bacteria will also fight off yeast and fungus, and these organisms disrupt your digestion.
If you’re taking a lot of antacids or using a lot of acid reflux remedies then you will have yeast and fungus entering your digestive tract every day.
